"I aspire to live a healthy, balanced life and support others to do the same. In pursuit of this vision, I have investigated a wide array of practices in health and medicine, considered their strengths and limitations, and evaluated what works for who and why. I am a skeptic and optimizer and therefore, like this challenge. If asked, 'What do you want your health for?' Yoga and nutrition are strategic practices to achieve your answer."
